FIVE YEARS of Elm FM.
Elm FM have been delivering value for our Clients since 2021. Design-led projects. Client focused care.

Every commercial building has statutory checks and planned preventative maintenance work that has to happen on a schedule. Water risk assessments, legionella control, electrical periodic testing, emergency lighting, FGAS, natural gas, fire risk assessments. We manage and deliver the work, and we maintain the compliance of the building.
Having a single point of management across the whole building life-cycle means that Elm FM’s interests are aligned with the client’s long terms needs. We are first and foremost a professional delivery partner, and we put in the attention to detail so that we know your buildings well. We are not a growth driven business and we do not treat compliance as a tick box exercise or a vehicle to generate more work. This makes a huge difference in terms of the results, and the trust and accountability that characterises our client relationships.
We start by quantifying the assets. Condition surveys, compliance audits, asset registers.
Planned preventative maintenance schedules built around statutory requirements, manufacturer's recommendations, and how the building actually gets used. A bespoke plan to meet the client's needs.
Testing and inspection, servicing, and reactive work delivered by qualified engineers. Reports filed, certificates issued, asset registers updated.
We don't disappear after a project or between service visits. We provide 24/7 support. Our support is first and foremost technical- we don't operate a help desk like many FM companies- instead we have qualified, experienced managers who answer the phone and attend site. When it comes to a problem or an emergency- we know how to deal with any situation.
