We understand that the whole project needs to be delivered within established commercial parameters from the outset. Our two-stage cost planning process incorporates a built-cost estimate before design even starts, providing clients with financial oversight and confidence from the early stages onwards.
We design everything to meet the operational requirements of the finished space as well as the client budget. We remain flexible for client choices throughout the process whilst using our knowledge and experience to coordinate each element of the building and its services to work together in coordination.
From first fix through to final finishes. Services, partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, decoration. All under our direct management and supervision. We sequence the work around each key dependency and we report progress objectively against the programme.
Not only do we complete the project, we deliver it in a state where it is ready to be maintained- handover files issued, client training provided and a maintenance plan in place.

We design the space and we build it to be maintained. General arrangements, construction details, specifications, coordinated services, finishes, all under our design and build management. We control risk by maintaining a singular point of management over the whole delivery process.
The reasons for design decisions don’t get lost between stages and work is coordinated across disciplines- not as separate packages.
