With more than twenty years in the industry, Isaac has delivered over £50m in works across design, building services, maintenance and construction, covering every stage of project delivery. Isaac has worked on FM portfolios nationally and in larger scale MEP contracting before moving into broader construction management.

Isaac founded Elm FM in 2020 to bring those capabilities together into a single management model, providing clients with one point of responsibility from planning and design through to project delivery, compliance and long term maintenance of the space.

Isaac’s vision for Elm FM is to be the delivery partner for organisations that don’t want to worry about issues with their buildings- so they can continue to excel at what they do- and enjoy the spaces they operate from.
