Isaac Wilkinson MBA, IEng, MCIOB is Managing Director of Elm FM and a qualified engineering and construction professional.

Isaac’s career to date has seen him manage national asset portfolios across private commercial and public sector estates. His experience includes technical responsibility for building services infrastructure, life-cycle PPM and asset replacement cost planning, alongside maintenance management and delivery.

Isaac has also previously worked in project design, planning and delivery, at both national and significant commercial scale. This wider insight into project work informs Isaac’s management approach to FM, adding value for clients and other stakeholders as risks are anticipated and managed ahead of time.

Outside of work, Isaac supports animal welfare and dog rescue causes, and also aims to support these and other charities and community causes through his work where possible.
